Two weeks back I have attended one interview with cognizant and got rejected..Now 2 days back again I have attended interview for different skill set within same domain and got selected now..Will it be a problem if I join cogmozamt as I have attended interview twice within 2 weeks gap?

I was offered a position at another firm with a 20k raise. I would be working with their 1040 team on high net worth individuals. They have a busy season for their extensions from Aug - October. I currently work at a small firm where we work on small to medium sized businesses. We do write up work and book keeping throughout the year and come tax season strictly focus on individual tax, and the various different entities we work with. Hi everyone, my wife applied for I140 through EB2 NIW in Dec 2020 and did the change of status as well (concurrent filing). We did our biometrics about a year ago now, and she just got her I140 approved last week. Any idea how much longer we should expect to wait for I485 (change of status)? Processing times for I485 in our service center are between 10 and 19 months. Does the clock on that start when we applied i.e. in Dec 2020 or when the I140 got approved? Also, should we expect an interview?

Does it mean that I can even start in January 2022 and I don’t need to wait December 2023 to have my first stocks vested?
