Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google
Can I ask hr in TCS to pre pone my joining date

Is Lead Consultant a good profile in Infosys?
I got an offer from infosys. In the onboarding app, do we need to fill Bank details before joining? The reason why I am asking is because they are asking for icici acc only & I don't have that. Any one who recently joined infosys kindly help. Infosys
I don't want to open account before joining.

WLB balance depends on the projects in Service Based companies. Cognizant will be safe for a year or two. Can't say about others
Not sure haven't seen someone in bench. They have lot of people leaving so there is a resource crunch. And hiring is happening with project in mind so less or no chance of bench
How is congnizant paying this much..? Strange
Yeah for the reason that congnizant has a history of firing employees without any reason
Cts maybe a good choice among the choices
Cognizant without any dilemma out of the above 3 options
What made you think there is no job security? CTS brought in voluntary retirement policy or layoffs for SD and above level - anyways you are not joining to that level and being a new hire with premium salary they must have hired you for targetted position and not for common pool - from my 7 years of exp w CTS and been part of so many RFPs, CTS has still big list of premier clients and long term project engagements
Go for Cognizant
Jio is better option. Being a product + service based company, you will get exposure to both and job security will be there. Cant comment on wlb, as it will depend upon your team..
Your YOE and Field pls
WLB will be decent in cognizant . Considering the surprise pay CTS offers you can choose CTS .All the best
Talk to Capgemini hr they will revise your offer
I spoke to the hr but they are not willing to do so. This is the maximum they are willing to offer.
Go for Jio if you are looking for good job security
WLB will depend on the product you get to work on
