Hello folks! I was recently graduated with *Masters in Business* from uni of Herts.
I’ve been working as Business Development Executive in verisure smart Alarms for 8 months. I was performing well being the top seller of the branch continuously for 4 months and offered a promotion as well. I wanted to switch my career in Tech sales as I’ve very good knowledge in Technologies as I did undergraduate in *computer science engineering*. Please guide me on how to enter into the Tech sales.

You should be able to switch fairly easily since you are still starting your career. I would just start applying and see what happens.

Focus on the tech side of the sales that you do. Can you position your previous background as SaaS selling? I would work with a resume writer to help you.

That’s more helpful if you can

Where have you been applying?

I’m in assistant manager at a company that sells dog and cat products. Our facility is overrun by mice and everywhere you look despite us cleaning between 4 to 6 hours a day (which takes away from what we could be doing normally)there is mouse fecal matter and pee everywhere. I have approached the company numerous times to bring in a cleaning crew and they expect us to do it. Despite the health concerns, they have ignored of my messages. Does anybody have any advice on how to move forward?

My sales lead just gave me my quota for the year. Its increased 120% from last year. I asked if my peers experienced the same increase and the answer is No because I have more experience and up for promo this year. Our bonuses are a % of quota achieved meaning it’s harder for me to get a bonus. Do you think this is fair? What would you do? For additional context, I crushed my quota last year but I feel like I’m being punished now.
