I think my career has tanked!
I've been working in SAP Basis Module for the last two years and I hate my job to be honest. Most of my peers have crossed 5 LPA and got promoted while I didn't even come close to 4 LPA. My colleagues and peers are reticent and I feel I'm wasting my time. I tried to switch to another company, but I got rejected, despite being certified in SAP HANA. My company doesn't recognise my work and I work in night shifts which made me depressed.How do I rebound in my career?

Anyone who has recently resigned from ibm? When you initiare a separation process from workday, it goes to manager for approval. I asked HR and there is a due date mentioned on that process. Does that mean that if manager does not approve before the due date, my resignation is declined? What is the impact and what is meant by that due date? IBM

I have resigned from IBM with in a year , received joining bonus , which I have to payback according to my offer letter if leaving IBM within a year, but my last working day will fall completing 1 year, while my resignation date is definitely before completion of year.
Do, I have to payback the joining bonus?
I will negotiate with my future employer for this.

Hi all, after joining at ibm its been 1 month and,, i received 1 project call and they took my interview and directly assigned me on that project( time of interview i asked about the project,, but interviewer didn't gave me proper view regarding project, ) I just came to know that the project is on manual testing,, and i am selected for automation testing for the project as well ibm..
