Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC rescinding an offer, given the market condition. The offer letter I have received seems to be generic and doesn't look it is for a specific project. The role seems to be generic. I am a little hesitant, specially because of HR's behaviour who doesn't seem to care responding to my queries and ignores all my emails and calls. Any advice?

20 days before I received confirmation email that first level of pre-employment screening process is completed and can start as per the joining date.
Now what next steps to be expected in the coming weeks?
Still yet to revive the relocation letter as I received the spectate email that letter along with the email will be given.
Joining date in the 1st week of Nov.

Can please provide input on RSA token . They send RSA the current address before the joining date what is the use of sending just RSA token as anyone joining needs to be in office as it's hybrid model they are following as per hr . Probable joining in last week of sep .Morgan Stanley

What MS is offering you at what YOE ?
1. Office timings are usually 11.30 to 8.30 but it depends on how your team coordinates with US counterparts
2. Food is free for now
3. People do wear jeans but avoid when you have meetings scheduled for in person
4. No need to carry personal laptop and RSA to office
5. Mask is not mandatory but to be in office, you have to be double vaccinated
6. Not sure about MS Bangalore office, but parking shouldn't be problem
7. You may log off on time which is not the case when WFH ( on lighter side) , meeting colleagues and exchanging thoughts and ideas over quick chat or snack or tea is fun.
It's free post COVID, not sure how long it's going to continue, but yeah, for now, it's

1. Office timing : depends on manager, team and your profile . Mostly ppl are In office by 9 to avoid traffic and leave by 4 Pm . And take evening and late night calls from home
2. Yes it’s still free and too costly that you have to sell your kidneys.
3. Yes you can wear jeans and T-shirt , crop top and anything apart from shorts and bikini.

5. Yes . At desk and in canteen it’s exempted otherwise you will have to wear in common areas
6. Parking - yes . As mostly ppl come by cab .
7. Best part of going to office - you get chance to meet and greet ppl .
Thank you for your response and clarification as I was worried about my kidneys for a second. I can now spend on crop tops as my kidneys are safe.
