1. Fractal analytics 18Lpa fixed
Tech stack : postgresql , azure
2. Virtusa 20 lpa with 10% variable pay
Tech stack : migration project, plsql , postgresql,
AWS dms and aurora postgresql
Now fractal is offering me 22lpa .
But they did ask me to work on db development along with DBA ADMIN and Azure also.
And they asked me to work for client TELSTRA .
Just thing will the work load be more here since i am looking for WLB

I have an offer from Barclays with ETL Designer role and also expecting another offer from Transunion which would be Senior Lead in Abinitio. Please suggest which one to opt. Transunion is paying slight higher. But Barclays role is similar to my existing Role in Infosys.
