I had an offer from Bank of America Mumbai for 20 LPA fixed , but I also got an offer from Citi Pune (23.5 fixed). Out of courtesy I have informed BOFA that I won’t be able to join them since I got a better offer. HR from bofa is even ready to go above Citi and give 1 year WFH on exceptional basis , also ready to change my base location from Mumbai to Gurgaon since I’m North Indian . Next week is LWD . I’m inclined to Citi for Pune location and role offered is much more in line with my skillset.

Received an offer from a medical device company. The new role is offering $9k more in base, 23% less bonus. They offer 2% more for 401k match and $39k in LTI that will best over 3 years. The new role will also require to be onsite for 2-3 days a week. Currently I'm fully remote and established with my company and team. Is it worth considering this opportunity? I'm at a mid size company right now and this new role is with a huge global company. Appreciate thoughts as I'm torn on the opp.
