Really interested to hear about everyone's differing experiences of working in PR in London. From my own experience, the workplace culture and pay vary staggeringly!

I want to hear everyone's honest opinions on unlimited PTO policies. Call me old-fashioned, but I miss having an allotted number of days we were allowed to use annually. Seems like there are no companies following that model anymore. Unlimited PTO messes with my head and for some reason I get more paranoid about what people are thinking if I do.
