Fishes, any suggestions as to how to move into the VC role with a non-finance background (PS - exp. of working in founders office of a startup, management consulting in past and do understand corp. finance, financial statement analysis etc.)

Deloitte Fish: Is £90k too much to expect for a Consulting Manager role in London? Also does the firm provide a car allowance and a benefits allowance? If so, can you take those benefits as cash?

I have 3 year experience working at Deloitte Consulting and want to move on to a Sales role and Career. I currently make $110K, is this feasible comp to make starting out in Sales?. How can I learn about comp in your industry?

Hi! Is it normal to feeling burn out after 10 months of working? I got a job as a sale coordinators which is a new position for a new department in my company. In this position, my boss expects me to be a sale rep, costumer support, and account management. With everything I have to be available at all time, meeting a potential costumer in the morning and taking order in the evening till midnight. All this for 48k, it’s my first salary job for me. Am I supposed to work this much?

What salaries do you get in product roles in Bangalore? I am interested to baseline this from growth perspective. My current assessment based on hiring trends is that it tops at 55-60 lpa. Even product heads hit the glass ceiling with this number. No idea about CPOs, never came across anyone who is in this position.

I have a offer as consultant 2 for 11.5 lakh net + 50k joining bonus in one of the organization. Im trying for other companies aswell but I'm not sure how much should I demand. Since my current package is very low i.e 6lakh net other companies are just saying they can match the offer or can give 12 to 13 lakh. Please guide and help me to negotiate in better way.

I'm working as Assistant Manager with lowest Salary that a Assistant Manager with 6+ years of experience. It's more of like a fresher or an analyst salary. I have been constantly approaching my manager but the only thing I hear is he will talk with HR and our AVP. The work culture is also more than 12hrs a day.
