Currently I am working as QA in automation, yoe : 5.10, but I feel being in QA field wont take me long in career, after 8-9 years I dont know what else is left to learn in this specific domain. You start shifting towards non technical side and become managers at early stage in your career.

I am looking for domain change and confused between two:
1)Data engineer (azure)
2)Devops

Which career path would be good to be relevant in IT for long technical career?

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?

I'm trying to figure out why work thinks that offering rotations out of role for 6 months is suppose to replace the ability to grow and obtain permanent positions changes? Recently my company has added a new component in salary which has increased overall CTC of every employee.


We've not received any revised salary breakup only an official email stating everyone's CTC is increased. Started receiving salary based on the updated CTC.


When trying to make a switch, new firm is asking for revised salary breakup but I've shared the email screenshot along with my salary slips showing my increased salary. But HR said she needs updated salary breakup.
