OneCard is offering me 30 LPA + 6LPA variable + 3LPA ESOPs
Target is offering me 26.5 LPA + 2.5 LPA variable

in terms of WLB and professional growth which company is better?

How easy/difficult would it be to jump back into Underwriting if I were to take a role with corporate risk management? I have about 2 years experience within underwriting?

I see people in here don’t know how to give helpful advice at all. I’ve made the decision to just put my foot out of the door. I’ve voiced my concerns to the program manager. They were ignored. I think I’m willing to take a pay cut to get my life back. I work 100-125hrs a week I also work 7 days a week. The hours aren’t the issue. I’ve done it before it’s the fact that I miss having my weekend nights off. It’s a drain mentally . So here I begin a new job search .

Current working in a local office in NJ. Two YOE and one of the offices tops sales agents. Currently making about 55k to 60k that includes commission, which is tiered. I feel it should be more but is this a normal amount. Currently in personal lines insurance

I see people who are doing 1st round technical asking, What is your current, expected CTC, offer. This question was not asked before 2 years in first level. Why should the tecnical person ask it!!! Some people might compare with their salary and reject the candidate even he is good in tech stack..

Gave first round technical round with a company today and it didn't go well. When asked about CTC, I said current is 24, have offer for 33 and I am expecting 40. Good day to shocked Interviewer🤣
