I have a total of 6 years of experience in the so called SDET role ( QA & Automation Engineer). Fixed is 16.32 + var 1.62 + 6.5 lakhs of stocks PA (CTC ~ 24 LPA ) . Planning to shift to Delhi NCR. Any suggestions on the firms I should target here for this role who can offer me competitively

Interviewed for 5.5 hours today at a boutique IB today. Base comp is a slight bump. 14 mos in FDD @ PwC who will make senior this CRT - love the role but want to see more of the transaction besides TBs and TB detail. Comp isn’t a huge bump but the IB seems to have a good culture. 20 people. I really am struggling. I worried about FDD golden handcuffs with limited exit ops. Please advise!!! How should I navigate this and assess it from an unbiased perspective. Thx!

After working on the vendor side in ad tech, I think (key word think haha) id like to be on the brand side. Anyone who is on the brand side with advice on where to start / what jobs to look at? Hello Fellow Fishes, I have an offer from a good bank in Copenhagen,DK for a IT position for base salary 600,000 DKK ( 50k per month ) before taxes. Retirement, insurance will be added on top of this package further. While in India I hold a fixed package of about 27LPA. My YOE is 9.6. I am a single person, no family obligations yet. I am wondering if this will this be a good move for me , I hope I won't be hand to mouth since I read that Cph,DK is one of the most expensive places to live!?

Last year, My girlfriend was making 80k while I was making 200k so I took her out to dinners and took care of the groceries etc. Basically made sure it’s an equitable relationship. She got a new job this year and is now making 210k (more than me) but still expects me to pay for all the dinners and groceries. I’ve already talked to her about this but just resulted in argument. Is there any coming back from this situation to make this equitable relationship or is break up the only option here?
