Does anybody know what the typical salary range is and total comp for someone starting out as an internal or external wholesaler? If you are one of these, can you share about your experience in terms of whether you liked it or not, work life balance, travel, etc?

What is your job title & base salary. Years of experience and bonus structure would be nice to but not necessary.

I’ll go first, I have 5 YOE, currently am a technical consultant at a boutique firm, 110k with a up to 5k bonus per quarter based on MBOs.

I have given client round at HCL as a part of interview rounds before offer.

It went quite super and there were 4 client panel members. All were quite impressed

Can i consider this as a advantage to ramp up my salary demands by few lakhs than initially agreed?

Does client have any opinion if HCL denies offer due to high salary?

I have got Offer from Publicis Sapient, CTC 14LPA, Permanent Remote work. However I have heard recently they are firing lots of resources , they are engaged in hire and fire policy.

Not sure how true is it !! So should I consider my other offers (Mindtree , CTS ) instead of Sapient ? Do they revise offer and match !! Please suggest.

I have $30k in two old 401ks with previous employers I need to move. Thinking I’ll just sell out of the mediocre funds they are in and put it all into ETFs with fidelity or other low cost broker. EY GDS - 11.2 LPA (fixed) + 60,000 ( variable)

Which one is better in case of WLB, Hike and opportunities, please suggest? 🙏
