Hello GDS Folks, I am currently on bench. When I asked about the projects to my counsellor and senior manager they told there is no projects available for my skillset. I didn't get any further communication. I am not sure which technology to learn to get the project. How long am I allowed to be on bench?. It's been a month already.

I don't know how sustainable model is this? 50k as base pay only? That to if you look at the basic and pf amount ,it is just penny. Top of that , they will not provide any laptop. It just like someone contact type of work.. Surely will not join...if you are not sure your employee will get project or bench ,don't recruit them..

Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? Mar 15th is my last working day in TCS and I have one offer in hand with 100% hike from a small company with employees less than 50..I'm not mentioning the name..
