It is currently difficult to get a remote position these days, even with a ATS-friendly CV. Many companies and hiring managers are wanting people in the office at least some of the time.
I use ChatGPT to suggest ATS keyword opportunities based on my current resume. But you could also consult a professional in your industry who specializes in hiring and résumé creation. I have some friends who have done that and they seem to think it was a good investment.
Thank you for sharing this insight.
I’ve already made an ATS-friendly CV with ChatGPT, but it’s still hard to get a remote job. I’m looking for HR or UI/UX design roles, but it’s very challenging. A flexible job would make it easier to grow.

Hello,
It’s great that you’re proactively working on making your CV ATS-friendly, that mindset already puts you ahead. Focus on using clear job titles, standard section headings, relevant keywords from remote HR job descriptions, and measurable achievements rather than responsibilities. Keep the format simple, avoid graphics, and tailor your CV slightly for each role you apply to.
I actually know someone who helped my brother optimize his CV and transition into remote opportunities, and you can reach him at:

Stay consistent and confident, with the right CV strategy, remote HR growth is absolutely achievable.
Thank you genuinely for the advise,
Have you tried using a resume writer. I know they can be pricey but they are well worth it in my opinion. I have gotten way more interviews since using one.
Welcome! To make your CV ATS-friendly, focus on clear formatting, relevant keywords, and straightforward structure:
Use standard headings (Experience, Education, Skills).
Include keywords from the job descriptions you’re targeting.
Avoid images, tables, and fancy fonts.
Stick to a clean, simple layout with bullet points for achievements.
Save your CV as a .docx or PDF if allowed.
