I just want to be happy. I’ve tried all the things but what I really want is just someone that gives a shit. Doesn’t have to be a romantic partner or anything. Everyone always has an agenda and I literally can’t take it any longer. I’ve moved cities, I’ve changed jobs, volunteered, joined gyms, everything…are there no decent people left?

For the past 2 years I’ve felt like a shell of my former self. I know that I can be a good communicator, organized and hard-working etc. but I feel like I’ve lost all motivation to try. It’s really impacting my job performance as I am not able to be proactive anymore. It’s also affecting my self confidence as I feel like I’m not useful to my team. It’s hard to find motivation since it feels like a vicious cycle. Also feeling very self conscious applying for new jobs knowing I am like this :(

Just wanted to put it out there that no one is perfect. I'm going on 13 years with my significant other. I'm 25 years old. While our story isn't the typical one, we've had two breaks in between. He's made mistakes and I've chosen to forgive those mistakes, encourage him on bettering himself, for himself. He's grown in to the most kind, respectful, and now responsible gentleman. Upcoming PM interview. I have an interview next week and am not sure how to prepare for the domain knowledge questions. Out of the few to choose, I have picked AI/ML strategy and market. The actual role would be in cloud but not related to AI/ML.

What kind of questions can I expect? Especially when the rest of the interview are supposed to be product design and strategy.

The information that I have got from the recruiter could be anything and nothing and is too broad imho.

After MBA, Deloitte UK offered me a low-ball position of a C instead of SC. I really want to work for Google (dream co.) in their GCP domain as a Program Manager as I have Project Manager experience too. But every time I apply for the role, I get rejected. I have 9 years of total work ex, and MBA, project manager exp and my last role was of Solutions Architect. I have relevant cloud and PM certifications too. Currently working for Deloitte. I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

I had a surprise interview topic yesterday. I was told to prepare for a general system design round. But, my interviewer asked me domain specific questions in Salesforce. I answered to the best of my ability, but I was not fully prepared for Salesforce specific questions, especially around topics that I had not previously worked on.

My recruiter is also surprised interviewer didn’t read the instructions. Will I get a chance to interview again?
