Hello Googlers, what’s the TC for the position Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Transformation Architect at Google? Requires >12 YOE. Also can someone tell me what level is this position?

I am a part of wipro DOP (MDPS) as a senior associate since october 2020 and joined as a fresher back then. I am now being pushed to take up as a TL because of my performance and contribution to the project management. However i feel with just 2 years of experience if i take the position i might have to stay much longer in the company than i intend to as a minimum requirement for position of TL elsewhere is 4 years of experience as associate. Also what is the salary slab one should get as a TL?

I am looking to go in-house and I thought all of the interviews went well at one company. A week after my last interview, the internal recruiter contacted me just to touch base. 3 days later, I received an offer from another company and I contacted the recruiter from the job I want to tell her and she said she would check with the hiring manager and that we should she responded, “stay in close touch.” I emailed today casually to see if there was any update. No answer, any insight into why?

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.

Yesterday my wife received HR calls from Google Fiber and Google. She has HR call for Revenue Reporting Data Analyst this week with Google and next week for Technical Solutions Consultant with Fiber. She is an expert in SQL, data modelling and developing KPIs & BI dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI and Redash. What can be expected in the HR calls?
