Hi! I just moved to the states and graduated from my masters degree in Graphic Design, I am starting to look for work but I would like some advice about how much is the average salary for this rol in Boston/Provindence.

I’m worried I am too intense for my kids. I have always been a high achiever and had high expectations for myself and everyone around me. My kids are now middle school age and I am noticing they are maybe a little too worried about pleasing me and need to relax a bit. They get very good grades, etc but they both seem way too worried if they get a less than perfect grade. I try to reassure them that I love them no matter what but I’m not sure how to help them relax.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
