My wife and I both work fulltime with 2 kids under 7 going to school. I do all the dishes, cleaning, prep lunch and pick up the kids as my wife is very busy in the day with back to back calls. The kids schools start early and my wife drops them, she wakes up early at 6 AM and goes to bed at 7:30-8 PM with my kids. This schedule leaves zero time for us to spend together or be intimate. I have 9.3 YOE. My current ctc is 18.5 LPA. I got offer from TCS and they are Offering 22.3 LPA. It is 20 percent hike. Should I join TCS for this hike. I mean i have onsite in my mind and j think tcs may give that opportunity. What do u think??
