Given my technical department, my skill set, and my actual work I don’t know where to start for understanding an appropriate salary. I have 5 years industry experience with both finance & tech.

My in person onboarding was on 10th October. I went for the same and attended the sessions as well. I didn't have my relieving letter so they postponed my onboarding to 17th October. But I didn't receive any onboarding email. Also on 1st November 120 days of my offer will be completed. As per the TCS policy I have to join within 120 days. Recruiter and HR are not responding.
