I went in-house at year 4 — now at year 5. I feel like my growth has stunted and I’m not learning and growing my skill set. CTC is 18.5LPA(16+ 1.5variable + 1 JB) for 3.6 years of experience in SpringBoot Microservices. Is there any company who can offer more than this?
