I had a Hr discussion with Hr yesterday and they ready to offer 18.5LPA.
I asked 20LPA.they said will check and get back to you.after that there is communication and tried to call to get some update and they didn't pick my call.
Anyone has come accross this kind of situation?

How much one should ask from product based companies like Intuit , Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon etc, if one's CTC is around 22lpa,

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

1.Mastercard - 19.3 LPA(18 fixed + 1.3 variable) (Analyst role: career level: 8) . I feel Senior Analyst should have been my role considering experience.

2.HSBC - 19.8 fixed + 3.9 variable = 23.7 LPA, Manager role(band: 6)

3.EXL Health Care(SCIO) - 21 fixed+3.5 variable +1 joining bonus = 25.5 LPA. Band B1.

Any suggestions of benefits, WLB, career growth, job security etc.,

Let’s say average B4 first year partner draw is $400k with 5th yr average being $550k. Does anyone agree or disagree strongly with the below very general averages:
Tier 2 (GT/BDO/RSM) - yr1 $325k; yr5 $400k
Tier 3 (ranking 7-20) - yr1 $275k; yr5 $350
Regionals - yr1 $225k; yr5 $300k

I have received an offer from LTI for senior specialist position. I had 2 offers in hand. And I negotiated with LTi with 22 fixed and 10% variable. I have close to 7 years experience. Can you pls help me with he overview of the organisation.. how is LTI for experienced hires ? How is work culture, yearly hikes ? Will they give 100% variable pay?

When can i expect offer letter from LTI ? I had submitted my documents on last Thursday and salary discussion done on Friday.

Is it mandatory to report to office by 16th May? What if we dont report? Project hasn't started yet and manager also not sure.

TCS Offer in hand: 8.4 LPA

HR said if you have offer of 10 LPA then only i can give upto 11-13 LPA...
