Here’s my short background, my current ctc is 13.5 fixed (7 YOE, level 10) in Accenture and got an offer from cts for 23fixed.

Im a crucial resource in Accenture, can i hope Accenture matches the counter offer for my yoe? Also, can I consider my manager word if they say that they will revise in next 3 or 6 mnths?

I’m a data engineer/engineering manager by trade and massively screwed up by going into MBB consulting, I absolutely despise it and am looking to leave about 8 months in. I have a great offer from a fortune 50 for product management in tech at a similar salary, way more RSU’s but can’t shake off the thought that I wouldn’t be an engineer anymore. I think the take that "people only started to cancel Kanye when he was anti-semitic" is ridiculous. The only reason he's actually losing deals and contracts now is MONEY. After he made the anti-semitic comments Adidas stock dropped 17% lmao. Hey all, I'm approaching my 1yr anniversary in my current role, and I'm curious of what I should expect in terms of a raise.

I started at $57k base last year, with OTE of $70k

I received a small raise at the start of this year, along with a new comp plan so current numbers are $59k base and ~$80k OTE.

This role is in a life sciences vertical. SDRs in this vertical w/ a year of experience average 60-70k base.

I'd like to land at $65k, thoughts?
