Are there any in house entertainment roles that are particularly good? Netflix is obviously FAANG but I’ve heard the culture is cutthroat. On the other end of the spectrum, heard the traditional TV networks pay terribly. Any other options? What about in house music roles? Is that a thing?

One partner is driving me insane. I CANNOT work with him. We are far enough in the case that it would take a lot of time for someone to take over for me but still early enough that the case will be going for another 2 years.
