Pune, as you both have financial background and there are scores of companies for future as well. +City, u will fall in love! 😍
Pune is fabulous place to be in.
Pune for Life, Bangalore for career, Gurgaon for pollution
My preference would be Pune.
-You can travel and join office max within an hour
-Many places near by to enjoy weekend
-Less pollution and traffic as compare to other available options
-Chance to meet real Punekars

If you think Bangalore is costly, you have no idea about Gurgaon.
Don't dare to go to Kolkata at least. It will ruin your career. There is not a single product company and all the service companies think of themselves as the mother of all Gods. The work culture is pathetic.
I spent more than 13 years in that city doing jobs for all the big honcs comprising all the aspects considering only that I am near to home. Last 2 years I have been outside of Kolkata and what I realised the culture is really nice. Be it in Pune, Hyd or Bangalore.

Pune is bettervin terms of weather also. Gurgaon is no way cheaper
Pune, if you'll work from office. Goa, if you're working from home, and plan to do so, going further :)
Gurgaon is polluted, and equally costly. Bangalore is jam-packed.

Either stay in Noida or if you want to move from their then Pune is best option.
In Pune, you won't stuck in traffic for one hour and he at same place. Weather is 90% as good as Bangalore which has the best weather.
Pune is the best place in the country in terms of preferred location for IT jobs taking into consideration the weather, traffic, cost and safety.
If moving out of noida and looking for else where pune is best.
If u have any family near by like near to Noida...then GGN...might be a option... because every year hardly you will make a visit around 2 max to your families if living in Pune...the flights tickets round trips....
If you will take train....then 2 days will get waste from your leaves in going n return...
If nothing such scenario....then move to Pune....ek no city....har cheez me....good weather all round the year....
But yes for Pune you should have your own vehicle....Pune does not have good transportation system i realised...rest everything is good in Pune....

* I have permanent work from home option available
Go with Pune/ chennai / Hyderabad
Pune if you want to experience a good life
The weather is great. Low pollution.
Less traffic compared to NCR. Bangalore traffic sucks.
If you have work from home option available, you can move to Mumbai, but out skirts of Mumbai, like Kalyan or virar or panvel, there rent and other expenses are cheap and travel also very cheap because of local train and auto charges are very reasonable, whenever you want to explore Mumbai you can travel in local train,
I used to live in Kalyan and travelled to Mumbai for job everyday and everyone does that
