I have joined Capgemini in April 2021 and completed my 1 year at Capgemini as a fresher . My package is 3lpa and in the offer letter i was told that my package will be 4lpa effective from 1st July 2022. But the point of concern is that I am still in the bench period. Will it affect the offer given during the joining?

We have a big project going on and I am the only point person(initiate it, did lot of work, and knows the deets well), seems like my mgr wants to get a headcount. I have been assigned a project where basically I have to do is data migration.
There is data in some on premise and you do some configuration changes and bring it on to cloud ( S3 ). And later on you check file count and for redundant data.
I don't see much dev here.
I am not how it's gonna affect my career. Pls suggest me what should I do.

Hello guys, my colleague said he's facing issues with his client's Oracle database. He said it took his team 8 weeks to query the database. Database size is 3TB. Eventually, he wants to delete all data from the database and then shrink the database. The deletion will probably take forever to happen too. How can he optimize queries to the database? And how can he eventually delete all data fast and shrink the database successfully?

Till last July I was earning 12 LPA, now I switch to a product based with 30 LPA. Where 27 is the base. Monthly I pay 45k tax.
Things that i am doing already is LIC = 40 k , SSA= 50 k (for my kid) and tution fees = 25 K .So altogether withPF other superannuation fund I can show 1.5 Lakhs in 80 C.

Is 25% hike on current is a good deal to switch to CTS from HCL. Offer I got is 21.8 fixed + 70000 variable total CTC 22.5 LPA e.o.f 9.5yrs.

My friend attended off campus drive and he cleared Technical round. While attending HR round he faced webcam Issues and the HR said disconnect interview and Join again. He joined again but the issue not sorted. Then HR said join the interview after 1hr and my friend joined and waited around 2hr but this time nobody here.
