I've a query actually to all the managers. Is MBA mandatory for a technical person to become as a manager, project manager in future? What exactly are the steps for that ?

Anyone here been at Sr/ACD level for a long time not been wanting to move up? I like being able to still have a heavy hand in the creative and don't really see myself wanting to move from this level for a long while. I know that caps my pay at a certain number but I don't really care about that, also prolonging inevitable ageism to some degree is nice

Hi Everyone, I have joined IBM 2 weeks back and project is not assigned to me yet. Now the thing is IBM has my previous company as client, Now HR asking me to work over there for atleast 6months. But am not at all interested to go over there and work.

Can we reject this project and ask IBM HR to show me some other projects. TILL NOW NO OTHER PROJECT IS SHOWN TO ME

Even my people manager also wants to work me there but I told him not interested. Will it effect me in any way at IBM.

I now work for a smaller law firm as the only social person managing 5+ brand related accounts. We (finally) hired a social person to help me! She’s fresh out of college and starts next week.
