1. MUFG (location Pune) - 24 lpa(4L variable)
2. BristleCone (WFH) - 21 lpa (1.9L variable)

Need help since both the companies are comparatively new and reviews are also very few in number.

I have cleared all rounds of IBM, currently having 5.10 yoe, hr have already asked me share some documents and that I have already shared and salary negotiations have already done.. But she also shared a link to apply for that job code, but in that same day the status changed to " Your profile is no longer under consideration " . Can someone tell me why it is?

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
