1. 27 LPA fixed from UST with one year WFH - no relocation needed.
2. 23 LPA fixed from IBM with Work from office (hybrid) - relocation needed.

I need WFH due to personal situation and UST is providing it that but is it worth joining UST when compared with a brand like IBM and what is the job security in UST if I choose it.
