Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

Looking for referrals for Facebook (Meta) if anyone can help me out! I applied for the Associate General Counsel (Commercial) role and I’m coming from a publicly traded company where I have been Regional Counsel. I have 10 years experience in-house, 5+ doing commercial agreements. I’m really interested in this position, so if you’re willing to refer me please send me a message and we can work something out! Thank you!@
Lost and honestly depressed😔

AFAIK only USCIS does the visa renewals. You shoukd definitely get it renewed while you are in the US.
You dont have to leave the country for a renewal. I assume you want to stamp your visa after renewal so you can ttavel to India but do not want to risk stamping in India given the long processing times. You can get a visa stamping in Mexico with a fairly decent success rate but the risk is that if the consulate issues you a 221G for administrative processing, you are stuck in Mexico till that is complete. That could be a few days to a few months.
Thanks. I was told consular processing has higher rate of approval than going through USCIS. I would rather just stay put in the US and get the renewal
