I’ve been thinking of making a switch from audit to TAS. I’m currently a S1 (2 busy seasons experience), and rated as a top performer at my firm. I’m contacted by Kroll, but recruiters there told me that since I haven’t got any TAS experience, I should be applying for their Analyst role instead of Senior Associate. Have an associate 2 years junior to me with whom I work frequently.. they seem to make an intentional point of not responding to my emails (but promptly responds to client, partner, etc), but 75 percent of time will eventually do what I ask. It has become a distraction. Generally I get good upward reviews - I’m respectful of juniors and expect them to have a life, etc. I’m unsure why the passive aggression. Any tips on handling or do I have to just deal with it? I’m worried about a confrontation

Note taking tips? I am SO bad at taking notes and remembering tasks. I have ADHD and have always struggled but for some reason it got worse in a job versus college. Does anyone know of good note taking tools? There are a few AIs that I have dabbled with for processing transcripts. Anything ideas for automated note taking and task tracker for zoom meetings? Not just a transcription tool.
