- I just wanted to know if joining is still virtual or in general what is the process?
- Is it a Hybrid model or compulsory work from the office?

I have heard the majority of my team is in Banglore, so I was curious to know about the travel required to Bangalore or do they ask you to shift permanently to Bangalore after a certain duration?

PWC is offering me 20 fixed for 6.6 Years Experience. I have my current CTC as 12.8( Including Variable pay and Gratuity). In PWC HR mentioned that u will get minimum 8% Variable Pay and that can go upto 20% based on your performance. Is that true what ever he mentioned about Variable Bonus also what will be the yearly hike in PWC. I have an offer with KPMG in Pipeline and how much can I ask in KPMG? Also which company should I prefer. PWC or KPMG? Domain : Salesforce.

My first company paid in cash 10,000/- per month , I have got payslips stating that I was paid in cash and I got relieving letter and experience letter for that company.
Now I am joining capgemini and it is my third company, will there be any issue in Background check (BGV/BGC) ??

Anyone having idea about this, I heard that capgemini Background check is very tuff.

Hi guys, year ago received an offer from PwC accepted it with all the information about uan, pan etc uploaded in idfy as well. But not abe to join. Now, after 1 year again received offer from PwC. Wanted to confirm will that be an issue as previously i rejected the offer after uploading all my details in idfy portal. Now again i have to do the same will that be already visible in Background verification. Will that be a problem will this effect my joining. Please suggest. PwC India Deloitte KPMG
