Hello! Hope you’re all having an amazing day!

I’m looking for entry-level Project/Program Management roles.

Some of my skills: communication, planning, organizing, scheduling, time management, html, css, JavaScript, digital marketing…etc

My previous roles: Executive Administrative Coordinator & Executive Assistant

I would love: tips/advice, resume tips, resources, similar openings at your company that I can apply to, referrals…etc anything to help me pivot.

Thanks 😊

Considering a big career shift from 100% virtual role at a consulting firm to an in-person HR role in DC. Happy in my current role except for the fact that it will only ever be remote, and feel like I need to network/be in person while I am young. Worth it to make the switch and take the risk of leaving a good job for an unknown one?

Hey Big Fishes,

I'm a ReactJS Dev, with Yoe: 3+ yrs.
Currently working at a startup with a ctc of 11lpa.
Worked on (completed) 6 large scale projects. in a small team of one or two in the first two years but my company got took over last year and have been working on the 7th project since then. So its getting kind of boring 😅 and monotonous..
Should I look for a switch in the current market situation or stay and work on my back-end skills.
If yes, what should be my expectations?? PleaseGuide.

Additional Posts in Interview Tips

I’m sending resumes out far and wide, ideally I’d be in a new role ASAP. I’m already starting to get requests for phone screenings so formal interviews will probably be on the way. The kicker is that my wife is 6 months pregnant and our first child is due next February, which is busy season the public accounting jobs I am applying to. I feel like requesting paternity leave or letting them know a baby is coming will make hiring me more difficult. How do I approach this, and when do I do it?

Random, but valid/persistent thought.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?
