I have an offer from LTI and my joining is in January 2023.
Would there be any impact of LTI-Mindtree merger on the offer as I have offer from LTI Infotech but it will become LTI-Mindtree.

What better Nagarro or Cognizant ? Package difference is around 2lac and obviously Nagarro paying 2 lac more. What will suit me , I am kind of person whos is average performer and WLB means a lot to me.

Guys please help me out here,
I Resigned on last friday from the portal and i have 2 concerns at the moment i'll cover that in 2 posts.

1. When i tried to press the submit button it showed me an error popup with message saying something like "redundant entry". i'm sure I didn't submit resignation before that ever. But when i came out of the resignation window it was showing resignation submitted on 8/4/22. Kind of weird thing but could it cause in trouble in my clearance process ??

In CTS after submitting the resignation, how many days does it take to get the LWD email and confirmation on the resignation acceptance ?

28/ July/ 22 was my LWD with cognizant but the salary is not yet credited. Will I get it with f&f ?
