You already have the right education to back you, so really it's all about showcasing what you already know. Show off how you have leadership , communication, and interpresonal skills, alongside the technical skills.

I think education-wise, you're good...but I think with practice management, it's more about demonstrating the skillset needed on your resume. Might be worth doing a rewrite?

Looking for some advice/suggestions here. 24 years old, TC is now 110k. I have 40k cash savings. $6,500 in my 401k and $6,400 in Roth IRA. Just was promoted and wondering if that’s too much cash to hold onto AND if contributing to a Roth makes sense. I contribute 7% with 100% match and 10% profit sharing at the end of the year to the 401k. Contributing $550 a month to the Roth. Would appreciate any ideas as I know it’s a good spot but just wanted to see if it’s the smartest approach.

I manage a team of about 150 remote fe insurance telesales agents, recruit about 25 new agents monthly and am 100% remote. At one time we were paid based on our agents production but now we can only earn on their first month and a half of production. Is this common? What should I expect to make while managing $9mil a year in production. While writing I was posting $40k monthly. I made a lot more selling than I am now 3 years later and having trained hundreds of agents. Thoughts? Opportunities?

If they don't provide development project, what are the options I have? If want to leave, how much duration I need to work here? Will it affect in future if I leave the company as I will be changing two companies within a year? Please advise me...

How do I launch an insurance agency?
Context: I just started a sales role 3 months ago
State Farm. It’s my first time ever doing sales. Huge success so far, (nothing extravagant yet), but it’s only been 3 months. I’m currently selling 50+ policies a month.

I know sales isn’t everything it takes to start an Agency. Where should I try to pursue growth before starting an agency?
Follow Up Question: Is my boss hyping me up or is 50+ policies a month pretty good?

Hello all, I hope you’re all having a fantastic day/evening. I’m a Case Manager for TZ Insurance, aka Tranzact. Does anyone know of anything I could apply for at other companies/positions with my skill set? I don’t want to be a sales agent, though I have a Health/Life Insurance License in my state (& a few others). I review new applications with clients. I’m sick of dealing with all the 65+ & disabled people who are always irate & impatient, inside the “Medicare” area of Health Insurance.

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). All the pros outweighed the mediocre pay, but now with inflation rising, my paycheck isn't going as far and I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out if I should start looking elsewhere or if I should ask my boss for a raise.

I'm a full stack developer in a love affair with UI Design. I have a CS heavy background and never once did I think I would discover my inner artist. But I love SketchApp and I love designing my own projects. I want to puke when I hear back end developers who probably push 10 lines of a code a week for an obscure feature justify their lack of knowledge of front end with "JS sucks".

Where do I go from here? I want to work right at the tippy tip intersection of design and engineering.

Working on my BHA and I’m interested in becoming a lisenced nursing home administrator in NY. Is the exam difficult?

I have been at the current hospital I work at in administration for about 11 years now. I am treated great, love the people and love the hours. They allow me to really create my own schedule based on my needs and have taken great care of me over the past 11 years. The only problem is that our CEO has stated that we will never be a company that gives yearly raises, merit based or cost of living. I have been offered another job with a competing hospital but scared to leave. Advise?
