I have been relentlessly applying to various job roles in management consulting, financial analysis, and sales roles, but made no luck this recruiting season. Please help a student out!

Does FAANG / MANGA check for DS/Algo/Sys-Design knowledge while interviewing experienced developers of about 6+ years? Or Would it be any different?

I am so close to breaking into BL but questioning everything. Waiting on a response after very positive interviews with one firm where they all but indicated they’d be giving me an offer (9 days ago) and scheduled for a second round with several partners at my dream firm after getting through interview with practice group head. I’m confident it will change my career trajectory and open many doors vs my small firm background. Dying with the anticipation, but scared to be too hopeful!

Did well in first and second interview. Third interview was behavioral questions which I had a gut feeling I didn’t do well on. Niche consultant position. Was executive in last role. Have sent enthusiastic thank you emails to all three. Would sending a more in-depth addendum email to 2nd and 3rd interviewers to better answer missed questions be over eager?
