I applied to Amazon job in LinkedIn . Got a mail to complete a Hacker Earth test from Amazon . But i felt not prepared and didn't even try it thinking i might fail and they might not shortlist me the next time when i apply again after preparing .
Do they track any data like who didn't attend the test so they can ignore them next time? Or if i prepare good enough and reapply again after 3 to 4 months would this cause any issue?

Hi All,
Looking to make the move from working in industry to big4 and was curious as to what level and pay I might be worth?
I have 10 years experience out of uni, as well as completed CPA and MBA. I have a experience in managing entire finance function of small/medium entities, but most notably solid corporate finance experience/strategy leading refinance exercises, debt raising, hedging/treasury strategy etc…Would be looking for something in deal advisory / M&A / CFO advisory etc….thanks Deloitte EY PwC @

Depends on how long you want to stay with your employer providing the novated lease. You can change from novated to lease only if you quit, but note that once that lease expires, they will not renew it unlike being on novated lease which allows you to renew indefinitely.
This might be an issue if you get an expensive car, because the balloon amount, as they call the end of lease amount, must be paid in full.
What’s your income and how many km’s do you expect to drive?
Top tax bracket + decent amount of km’s + >= 12 month stay then a novated lease is a very good move.
Note you don’t need to get a new car for novated lease - you can buy a second hand car through your novated lease firm.
From a tax POV, best situation is lowest upfront cost of car + highest amount of km’s.
Thank you for thinking this through with me 🙌😄
