Well holy shit. Need some advice. Three offers on the table:
1. Deloitte, M, $180k base + $20k bonus, expecting 15% bonus next year. Y1 TC $227k
2. Ipsos, EM, $200k base, no sign on, expecting 20-25% bonus next year. Y1 TC $240k to $250k

D is a known quantity with solid expectations and career path. Ipsos is a new advisory practice that I'd help build.
