Office politics has me down. The top of the chain in my group is a woman who does not support or advocate for other women. What’s worse is i actually see her as my biggest obstacle. Been dealing with her for years and just so over it. I generally like my team and am learning a ton but she is a constant hurdle to promotions, comp etc. thinking i need to try and switch to another group or counselor family. Is anyone else dealing with something like this?
