Hello: I am completing a masters program in training and development with the goal to transition into an instructional designer or training specialist. I have a masters in health sciences with an education emphasis. I taught in dental hygiene programs for 8 years and then basically did work as an instructional designer and trainer for 4 years under the role of a product manager. All of this was within the dental/dental hygiene industry. Advice to transition?

Looking for career advice. 8 total YOE and 3 1/2 in sales specifically. Just over 3 YOE with an industrial IoT company selling mostly hardware and some custom software solutions and occasionally cloud connectors as an inside sales engineer. I'm about to finish an Enterprise software sales internship at IBM but will need to find a job as a contingency in case things don't work out. Just trying to figure out what roles may make the most sense given that background. Hoping to stay in tech. Thanks!

Would I need a referral for IVF? Will I be paying all the cost? My husband’s company has a plan but I don’t know if we would need to qualify?
