I have a query, my Current Salary is 3.15 Lacs with 3 years experience in Customer service , I applied for new position in Airbnb and salary negotiation is next step, how to know what are the market standards for this job and as per discussion with other employee with same experience , he is getting 5 Lacs in that company but asking for 5.5 lacs is like 70% , I was hired by my last company during pandemic and was offered no raise from my previous salary

Hello! I have been a Pharmacy Technician for about 9 years now and I need to move on. My salary is in the mid 50s which is considered high for this role, so there is little opportunity to advance with this title. How to negotiate salary when you’ve given them a range? I recently panicked and told the recruiter my expected range. If I get to the offer stage, I assume they will offer me the lower end of my range and of course I don’t want to sound ungrateful or greedy, but is there a way to negotiate to a little higher?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. Hi everyone. I got job offers at both GSK and Astrazeneca in the UK. Both are senior scientist positions. The one at GSK is on method development of biologics and the one in AZ is on formulation development of biologics. The base salary+bonus of AZ is about 15% higher than GSK.

Is there anyone worked for both companies? Which company would you recommend?
