(DB Group) i am a network architect in my current role.
I want to know the company work culture and if it is a good deal for the VP role and functional position they offer is Network lead.

How is the work life balance as compared to Accenture and cognizant if anyone is aware.

Advice regarding following up multiple times with lead partner about a position in his practice group? I have been in contact with the firms recruiting director as well as 4 of the firms partners. The lead partner and I were supposed to connect a few weeks back but we were never able to. My issue is that I've already essentially followed up twice. Am I overthinking it now that a few weeks have passed or
