I am in my late 20s currently in a career transition from teaching to consultancy. I am interested in consultancy jobs within the international development industry that would also allow me to travel. However, I do not have any relevant experience. I speak French and have a background in business and Political Science.
Any advice on how to break into the field with no experience?

I currently have an MBA and 2 years of experience as a consultant for a large healthcare organization in a major city. Prior to this, I worked as an analyst and also gathered some clinical experience as well. I currently have AMAZING work life balance, but feel terribly underpaid. Should I apply to one of the big4’s for a potentially larger pay? Is it worth sacrificing being fully remote, no travel, and maybe 20-30 hour work weeks?

Any advice on transferring to Charlotte, NC? I know it can be a lengthy process so trying to get the ball rolling now.

Let’s be clear: SCOTUS ruled today on the technical interpretation of the law, not the constitutionality. Congress theoretically could amend Title IX to exclude LGBTQ+ people and it could be constitutional. That will probably never happen, but there is a clear legal distinction.

Before joining Deloitte I always thought that it would be different than those service based companies. Guess what! Deloitte will be much worse I didn't even anticipate. After getting applause awards, performing on next level for a full FY, handling client communications and what not. They have the guts to give you Commensurate and tell you that they can't do anything now.
