You’ll need to start as an HR Assistant or Coordinator since you don’t have experience. You might be able to start at a small company in a higher position( and I mean SMALL) with no experience, but anywhere else requires actual experience, the degree is not enough.

As Salaamualaikum. I am moving to PwC and looking to network folks over there. Please do comment/DM to connect :)

Maybe a controversial question but, I'm feeling like I need a pick me up in this department. What's a good site or place to just look at nice, decent, normal men's pics or videos that's not a dating site, pron or model site. I'm depressed and feel like I may be too old or fat for a new relationship, and need some realistic but nice 'eye-inspo' to get me through and excited for the future. Weird, I know.. I'm clearly dealing with some stuff.

I'm seriously tired of all the injustice done by cops. I've now caught several in blatant lies... On video or on record.

Maybe this is a mild vent but it gets really hard to defend cases where constitutional violations are just being overlooked especially in an area that favors cops! Ugh🥺

This is probably asked an answered before so if there’s a chain of replies please direct me there, but how does one go from B4 to MBB/Tier 2? How many yrs would I have to stay at B4 before trying to change firms? Any insight would be appreciated.

I listened to the audio book and can't decide if I should start the training of my 3 months old. Taking cara babies methodology states that it's too early to start any sort of sleep training before 5 months. Thoughts?

I left biglaw after 3 years to a mid-size firm. Took a pay cut but the hours, people, culture and work were so much better I never thought twice about the salary or “prestige.” Ultimately I started 2 very small firms. I am not rich by biglaw standards but I have a very comfortable life and put my kids through college with no debt. 35 years after leaving big law, people are still impressed when I say I started there. I feel like I still had the benefits of the connection w/o the suffering.

Iam having 4.6 years of experience. Initial 3 yrs as .Net full stack dev & remaining as power apps dev.
What should be the CTC as per the market standards

I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. I’m curious is anyone else having difficulties play some candidates like this? At this point I’m starting to think it’s racial or her sex based of the lack of interest in this candidate. Any thoughts?
