Hello- I am set to graduate with my MBA in May and am wanting to begin and grow a career in healthcare administration/management. I have over four years’ work experience, but I have not worked in the healthcare industry. I have been trying to get a foot in the door with a facility, but have not had any luck because I do not have industry experience. I am appreciate of any helpful advice anyone has to offer. Thanks.

When is it a good idea to seek a wealth management person? I’ll be ~200k total per year, max out 401k and Roth, but not sure if/when the tipping point occurs where hiring a wealth manager is worth paying for.

Absolutely. Some smaller firms don't have as good of healthcare for example because they don't have as many employees (coverage is same but premiums are higher). Often times they'll try to make up for it elsewhere.

What's typical with retirement plan contributions? Are firms offering 401k matches? It seems like my firm stopped matching contributions in 2007-2008 and then just never brought them back even when the economy recovered.
