I have been approached about new jobs, have found jobs that are perfect but they don't offer anything above the statutory mat payments unless you have been there for a year or two at least. As the main breadwinner stat payments would be devastating for us.

I joined a bank as a business analyst 2 months back. I’m feeling that it’s more of a stagnant task for me though learning is there still i was much more happy with development. Now idk what to do because it’s 2 months, most companies i cannot apply before 6 months or a year maybe!

What shall i do? How to cope up with it? It’s difficult. YoE- 2 yrs and 4 months.

Tech stack : Python, SQL, Azure, ML and analytics.

I have recently joined BIG3 firm as analyst . I was very excited before joining but the team I am being put in has all maintanence project. I can't ask for team change for atleast 6 to 8 months.

On a positive side I am put on one AI product project where I can do some analysis based on client queries. Mostly using pandas and cloud technologies.

I was thinking to enroll to scaler course to improvise my ML concepts in more depth and doing more projects.
