I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.

Hello! Any tips on entering mid law or in-house in Cincinnati graduation. Currently, a 3L at a New York school (not top ranked), 3.17 GPA. I do have good work experience working as a state judicial law intern, member of a hybrid SA program between my school and a big-law firm, and currently as an intern working on Smart Contracts and a legal advisor to the company’s CLM team. However, its been difficult to get my foot in the door and I am worried its because of grades. Can anyone provide advice?

I am so unhappy. I feel behind in life and like I’ll never own a house, have a kid, buy the nice rug I want. My husband is great but he doesn’t share the same life goals as me and thinks I’m dramatic. He’s not phased by this quarantine and it’s really taken a toll on my mental health. After one interview, I tried to withdraw my candidacy due to the salary being lower than expected. Shortly after the hiring manager contacted me to inform me that they accidentally gave me the wrong salary range and invited me to come back for a second interview. When you leave, does it make a difference to companies if you made it through at least a busy season as a senior or just that you have the title? I did have some experience this year as an A2 where I split some of the senior responsibilities with the manager. However, I’m worried if I leave before busy season, companies will see that as really just being an associate.

Leaving B4 after a year to purse a careering in banking. I make low 50s in my current role (A2). We haven’t received comp adjustments yet, but I’m assuming we won’t due to COVID. My new role will be paying me 80. It is roughly a 46% raise. I am hoping I do not short change myself in the long run, however it sounds like there is a lot of room for growth (one of the biggest banks in the US). Anyone think I made a mistake not staying until senior? 40+% raise seems rare.
