Has anyone been black balled because of an ugly experience with a small boutique L&E firm? Looking to go to one of the big 4 but concerned that my boss will not speak well of me when I give notice and if he knows someone wherever I end up applying… mid-sized Rocky Mountain market.

What are you supposed to glean from rejections that state, the team has decided to move forward with another candidate that more closely aligns with the needs ? Where didn't I align is what I'd prefer to hear so I can improve in my next interview. No employer provides feedback benefitting the candidate even when asked for. So why ever consider this employer again? Is there some legal issue with providing feedback?

Does it mean anything specifically when a company/firm reposts their position? I went on a phone screen and it went really well (so I thought) and got the interview with a AmLaw200 firm. I thought the interview went okay but then 8 days later no contact and I saw that they reposted the position. I’ve had my position for almost 8 months and I’m ready to leave but that’s another story.

My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
