Hello! I have a PhD in life sciences and about 10 years of experience on the agency side in pharma marketing. I am looking to assess my opportunities in the Bay Area. Any help or ideas on where to start would be appreciated! (First time poster, so sorry if this is well-trod territory here).

Sooooo bored with the work but love the money and am generally happy with the team/people I work with. Should I lateral or go in-house so I get a chance to work those management/stakeholder engagement muscles? Just don’t feel challenged anymore. Is another option to talk to the partners and ask for more interesting/higher quality work?

Hello everyone, does anyone have any advice for someone who recently graduated with an MBA from DePaul University and is trying to leave their current job? I am approaching 30 and I am not growing at my current company. I am terrified of being stuck here. I have been applying for months and I haven't had any luck. I understand the market is tough. In small companies (especially startups), where HR may not really exist or the HR person may be the main violator, how do you deal with inappropriate behavior. If a person has been there a long time and is "too important to fire" how do you handle them?

At a startup I left because of this, my boss had been there since day 1. He was a nightmare. The last straw was when he took out his anger at a home issue on me and made fun of me for being upset. HR told me they couldn't do anything about him.
