For those in smaller high growth tech companies, where do you turn for resources on org development, engagement, trends, etc.? I’m moving from a large tech org to a a 150 person company. SHRM does not seem relevant at all. Podcasts, social media followings, etc?

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. When I should jump to a new project? I’ve been on my current project for almost 6 months and I’m struggling (worst Snapshot in my whole time at D). I knew it would be a challenge but I’m miserable. Hi Fishes, Accenture has openings in their mobilization team under the ops division. I have been offered a role at CL9 with fixed component of around 15 LPA. I have 5.5 YOE. The offer is approximately a 100% hike on my previous salary however i was able to negotiate on my current offers from from EY and FSL (both less than Accenture offer). Is the HR lowballing me and would you have any feedback for the mobilization team. Thanks
